I have not had time to deal with this paper until now.
On the whole I think that these men received small increase of salary in 1899.
This request must be refused. (The miner was not large in half, but in proportion to the pay which they were drawing it was considerable.
They all vary from 10/ to 257) quanting. £ 12/6
